This is true for many people. As they attend their physical therapy sessions, they are given a protocol of exercises to complete at home to speed their healing process. Most people may give it a try once or twice then give up with very little success. At Beyond Balance Fitness Studio, LLC we have the certifications to assist with these rehabilitative protocols. We have many choices such as using the Pilates Reformer, weights, bands, tubes, bars, stability balls, etc, to help each and every person along their way to recovery. This type of service allows almost every person to be healed, stable and typically stronger than before their surgery. This Rehabilitative Training does not take the place of traditional physical therapy but enhances the work of the Physical Therapist, allowing each individual to progress as swiftly or slowly as necessary to aid in the complete recovery of their injury. Typical results are a much stronger, more stable individual who can resume their normal daily activities much faster. Some people even report being able to do more than before an injury!
